TURQUOISE (USA/FRA) |
Una band di
bluegrass davvero "internazionale" e' di certo
Turquoise, nata quest'anno a Parigi dall'unione del talento di 4
eccellenti musicisti.
I membri di Turquoise sono infatti veterani della musica
bluegrass, avendo gia' suonato in note formazioni come
Freewheelin,' Bluegrass 43, The Bluegrass Rendez-Vous,
Transatlantic Bluegrass, Detour Band ed altri.
Turquoise presenta un programma di canzoni originali e
tradizionali sia cantate che strumentali.
Il gruppo suona nel modo originale in cui e' stata concepita la
musica acustica ovvero dinamico, ritmico e preciso ma col giusto
"soul".
La band ha
diviso il palco con grandi artisti come Vince Gill, Bill
Keith, Peter Rowan, Tim O'Brien, David Parmley, Nashville
